Ideal for strengthening your crops, preventing pests , and improving soil health , in a 100% organic way .

🌿 What is nettle slurry ?

Nettle slurry It is a fermented maceration of nettle leaves in water. Although not as concentrated as our AgroPure liquid extracts , this homemade preparation retains many beneficial properties :

  • Provides nitrogen and essential minerals

  • Stimulates the natural defenses of plants

  • It acts as a biostimulant and preventative against pests and fungi

  • It's easy to make at home and totally natural.

📏 Recommended ratio

We use the base formula :
👉 3 grams of dried leaves per 1 liter of water

With 1 sachet of 60 g of dried nettle , you can prepare up to 20 liters of slurry .
But we recommend making small runs of 5 liters to ensure freshness and effectiveness.

🧪 How to prepare 5 liters of nettle slurry step by step

Ingredients:

  • 15 grams of dried nettle leaves ( approx . 1/4 of the sachet)

  • 5 liters of water ( rain , well or dechlorinated*)

💧 * To dechlorinate tap water , leave it in the sun for 24 hours in an open container .

Step-by-step instructions

1. Prepare the water

Fill a small bucket with 5 liters of chlorine-free water.

2. Add the dried nettle leaves

Add 15 grams of dried leaves.

As an option, you can blend the leaves to obtain a powder and facilitate subsequent filtering.

Make sure they are well submerged .

3. Cover and let it ferment

Cover the bucket with a fine cloth or mesh to prevent insects and its own lid.

Let it ferment in a cool, shaded place.

4. Remove

Every 2-3 days , stir with a stick to keep the leaves hydrated and promote fermentation, for at least 3 minutes.

IMPORTANT : The stick must be made of wood or plastic to prevent rust.

5. Know when it's ready

In 10 to 15 days it will stop bubbling and will have a strong, characteristic odor.

That's the time to filter it!

6. Filter and store

Filter using a fine mesh.

Store in bottles in a cool, dark place .

Do not seal tightly during the first few days to avoid explosions due to accumulated gas.
